About Us

Welcome to the Align Move Play (AMP) training community!

Co-creators Beth Cline and Chris Fuller bring their experiences as runners, walkers, health coaches, ChiRunning and ChiWalking instructors, curious observers of life and much more!!

Who we are:

  • We are a community of people that may or may not be training for a race at any given time.  Mostly, we're training for life.  
  • Sometimes we run, sometimes we walk - occasionally, we fall.  The goal isn't  to win the race (though we're not against it.....) - we're in it for the challenge, for the fun and for the way we feel after it's done.  (I don't always want to roll out of bed to run, but I am 100% sure I'll feel better after.)
  • We're curious.  Any given run, race or day ,for that matter, is an experiment. What feels good?  What's not working?  Aim for what feels good (fuel, gear, movemeant, and more).
  • We are of all shapes and sizes, run all lengths and distances, and at all different speeds. Whether you consider yourself a back of the packer, an avid runner or a non-racer, we’re all here to learn on our time.

We might be right for you if:

  • You're curious. You'd like some tips, and tricks, along with support to explore what works best for you.
  • You're tired of waiting, fumbling, feeling lost or losing confidence.  It's time to make your health and well-being a priority
  • You want your movement to be better and more sustaninable.  You intend to move until you drop, and don't equate getting old with breaking down.
  • You're excited and want a community to support, motivate and challenge you!
