The AMP Training Experience

Align Move Play (AMP) is a run/walk training community for people that want to deepen their movement practices, learn to listen to the wisdom the body provides, and become experts on your own health and fitness.

Why train with us?  There are many options, which can make the process daunting and confusing. In AMP, we take a wholistic approach and know you’re not simply training for a race, but also training for life.  We want to get you to the start, and finish line feeling good.  Within AMP we believe in three core aspects:
